Adding Fields to Your Search
You may add your own fields to any of the standard searches, such as Quick or Detail. For example, let's say you have everything you need in the Details Search, except Appliances.
- At the bottom of the page, in the light grey bar titled, "Additional Fields" click the link to "Add"
- Scroll through the list of "Available Fields" and click the one you would like to use
- If you know the name of the field you want, you can enter the name into the "Search" box beneath the "Available Fields" list. The system will automatically narrow the fields list you can see as you type
- Click the "Add->" button to move the field to your "Selected Fields" list (or simply double click to move it over).
- Click the "Back" button.
Your newly added field is now at the very bottom of your search page. It will remain available for use every time you return to Matrix until you remove it by reversing the above process.
