Key concepts to review prior to calling MLS Support

• After opting in to a syndication site, it may take up to 24 hours for listings to appear.
• Listing data is immediately available to syndication sites; Canopy MLS cannot control the frequency data is retrieved.
• Canopy MLS cannot always control whether or not a site will display your listing.

Notes

• Temporarily Off Market listings are withheld from syndication.
• Many sites do not display commercial or rental listings. 
• Realtor.com displays rental listings; however, if a property is also listed for sale, the for-sale listing is given priority. A link to the rental listing will be included below the initial property information.  "This property has multiple listings:  For Sale Listing 1 / Rental Listing 2"
      

Check Syndication Settings

If your listing is not showing on up on Realtor.com, check your syndication settings.  Are all checked to Yes and is Allow Syndication set to Participant Options? 

Check Distribution Settings

Log into Matrix, select Resources, under the Local Tools heading, select Distribution settings. 

If the listing is not displaying on this chart, you may ask your broker in charge to check their syndication settings.
