Rental Beast to Waive Application Fees to Help Assist People Needing to Rent Property
Rental Beast wishes to help those individuals in the Canopy MLS footprint who experienced devastation in the aftermath of Hurricane Helene. Currently there are rental listings available in the Canopy MLS and Rental Beast systems with varying lease terms including weekly and month-to-month options.
Rental Beast will:
- Waive application fees for victims who need to rent property as a result of forced evacuation and/or property damage from the storm.
- Any agent that needs additional access to thousands of additional rental listings in order to help a storm victim find alternative housing will receive 30 days access at no cost to the Rental Beast Pro service.
- If any agent wants to enable Rental Beast Pro, they simply need to email [email protected] to request access.
Canopy Applicant Refund Process:
- Agents can enable and use the Apply Now feature to collect rental applications for their listings.
- Once the applicant applies and pays the fee, have them contact Rental Beast at [email protected].
- Rental Beast will promptly refund their application fee.
