There are now two ways authorized Supra eKEY users can reset their PIN. It is fast and easy, and you can do this without calling Canopy MLS or Supra support.
Option 1.
Select “Obtain Key” on the eKEY home screen
On the ”Enter your PIN” screen, select the “Forgot PIN” link
Select “Send OTP” to receive a one-time password via email and/or text
Enter your 6-digit one-time password then select “Submit”
Enter a new PIN of your choice and verify it
Select “Submit”
Select “OK” when the success message appears
Option 2.
Select the “More” menu on the bottom right
Select “About eKEY App”
Select “Reset PIN”
Select the “Forgot PIN” link
Select “Send OTP” to receive a one-time password via email and/or text
Enter your 6-digit one-time password then select “Submit”
Enter a new PIN of your choice and verify it
Select “Submit”
Select “OK” when the success message appears

- Ensure that your Supra eKEY is updated in Wi-Fi
- Be sure that your new PIN does not match a PIN you may have used previously
