Change Auto-Email Criteria

  1. To access your Auto-Email, click the "My Matrix" tab, then click "Auto-Emails"
  2. On this page, you will find all your Auto-Emails. The display for each search includes the name, any description you entered, the contact name it's assigned to (if any), and the date and time you last ran the search.
  3. Click the "Subject" title of the search to access more options for the Auto-Email.

Click the "Criteria" button to revise the search criteria.  When your changes are complete click the "Save" button at the bottom left of the page.  This will open the Settings page for your Auto-Email.  You may make changes here as needed, but you must click the "Save" button at the bottom of this page in order to save your updated search criteria.
