To create an optimal agent-branded experience for consumers, you should:
- Go to Matrix > Settings > My Information > Access the OneHome tab
- Enter your profile information, upload pictures and videos, add your social media details, etc.
- Save your changes—all changes will then be reflected in OneHome
If an agent does not complete their agent profile, OneHome will display a default message instead:
“Together, we'll use OneHome to search for your dream home, exchange notes on what interests you, and schedule property visits and open houses. To contact me, select my icon at the bottom right corner.”
