OneHome

Because OneHome does not support a “BCC Mode” for agents (i.e. where the agent was able to click a link and view inside their contact's Client Portal) all BCC links in the agent copies of auto emails will now take the agent directly to their contact's associated search results within Matrix.

1. From your email ciient (Gmail, Hotmail, Outlook), click the message link to view properties sent to your client.

2. Assuming you are already signed in, the BCC link will take you directly, in Matrix, to the same results that were emailed to your client.
