Setting up a Contact with Multiple Email Addresses
Attempting to send an email to multiple email addresses the system will only allow you to attach one contact per Auto-Email. To add multiple email addresses, go to your contact, type the first email address followed by a comma and a space then type the second email address.
To add a contact, go to My Matrix, click Contacts, click Add.
To edit an existing contact, go to My Matrix, click Contacts, click the contacts name, then click Edit button (on the top right).
To create a new contact when sending an email, click the email option (or New Auto Email) and then click Create a New Contact.
