In Matrix, the "My Hit Counters" page displays information about the number of views and other actions that have been performed on each of your Active and Under Contract Show status listings. You can find this page by holding your mouse over the "My Matrix" tab in the toolbar at the top of Matrix, then clicking "My Listings". The "My Hit Counters" option is available near the top of the "Show" menu on this page. The numbers shown on this page update each day, generally around midnight. In addition to some basic information like MLS Number, address, price, and the date of the most recent status change, on this page you will see:
- Client Portals: This is the total number of OneHome portals on which your listing is shown. This counts both your listing's inclusion in Auto-Email results, as well as times your listing was directly emailed to a client by their agent.
- Client Views: The number of times clients have viewed the full listing display on OneHome.
- Client Favorites: The total number of times your listing has been saved as a "Favorite" by clients on OneHome.
