Canopy MLS uses a program called the Listing Data Checker to scan all listings for compliance with the Canopy MLS Rules and Regulations.  This tool is designed to increase data accuracy, thus creating a better real estate market in our area.  This widget allows you to run the tool against your own listings to catch any issues as they arise.  It also displays the history of any rule violations that Canopy MLS has identified on your listings, as well as rule violations you may have noticed on others' listings and reported to Canopy MLS.  Heads of offices (Member Participants) can also see any violations found on all listings within their office.
