The Market Watch Widget is similar to the Hot Sheets widget, in that it tracks recent changes to listings.  This tool always tracks all of the listed changes for each property category.  Each category can save customized critieria, unique to that category.  Unlike the Hot Sheets, this tool can only have one search per category, and must have one search for each category. To set criteria, select the property category from the drop down menu at the bottom left of the tool, then click the "Customize" button at the bottom right.  This tool has four time range options that can search for changes as well:

• 24 Hour: Searches for changes that occurred within 24 hours of when the search is run
• Today: Searches for changes that occurred since midnight of the current day
• 3 Day: Searches for changes that occurred since midnight 3 calendar days ago
• 7 Day: Searches for changes that occurred since midnight 7 calendar days ago

If you have been logged into Matrix for some time and would like to see if there are updated listings, click the "Refresh" button at the bottom left of the page.
