Want to assist Hurricane Florence recovery efforts, or do you need assistance?

NC REALTORS® and our members are working to mobilize resources to help those in our state who have been affected by Hurricane Florence.

Most immediately, if you have been affected by the storm, please complete this two-minute survey to let NC REALTORS® know the severity of your needs and they will respond ASAP.

If you would like to assist in the recovery efforts through volunteer work, supply donations, shelter, etc., please complete this form to let NC REALTORS® know. They will coordinate with you on how you can help. If you and/or your landlords are willing to provide short-term housing and have rentals immediately available, please email Cady Thomas.

In our region, Stanly, Union and Anson counties were affected the most. You can donate directly to the Southern Piedmont Chapter of the American Red Cross, which covers these counties. Or, consider contributing to Community Shelter of Union County or Operation Reach Out.

You can also donate to the Realtor® Relief Fund.

Our association is collecting bottled water at our headquarters at 1201 Greenwood Clfs in Charlotte for the relief effort. Please drop off water by this Friday during association hours (M-F, 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m.) and we'll make sure it gets to people in need!

Recovery efforts will be ongoing and CRRA will continue to provide information and opportunities.

As always, please consider donating blood at your nearest American Red Cross location - more than 150 blood drives were cancelled as a result of the hurricane, so there is a tremendous need!
