To select multiple items grouped together:
- Click on the first item.
- Hold down the Shift key.
- Click on the last item.
To select multiple items not grouped together:
- Click on the first item.
- Hold down the Ctrl key (Command key for Mac users).
- Click on other items in the list.
These tips work in your other programs as well, so worth remembering!
