The Supra Support team will issue a return number (RMA) if there is an internal failure or low battery.  If it is determined that a keybox is jammed by the actions of the end-user, the keybox will not be replaced.
 
When an agent contacts Supra Support for keybox troubleshooting, Supra Support will do everything they can to get the box working again.  Should Supra determine that a keybox is defective, or if the battery drops below 5% - 10%, they will offer a reference number and refer the agent to the Canopy REALTOR® Store to have the keybox replaced.
