Due to the rising cost of operations and our continued investment in improving our products and maintaining and enhancing the level of service you expect, Canopy MLS fees are increasing by $10/month beginning with the 3rd quarter of 2025, which was invoiced on June 1 and is due by July 1. This is a $30/quarter increase.

This is the first fee increase for our subscribers in 15 years. As a Participant or Subscriber to Canopy MLS, you receive a robust portfolio of Canopy MLS Products and Services which has significantly expanded in recent years. We encourage you to explore everything available to you to make the most of your Canopy MLS membership.
For Supra keyholders, fees are increasing by $3/month (an additional $9/quarter). This fee increase appears on your June 1 invoice and is due by July 1.
