Canopy MLS is diligently vetting the new NAR MLS policy, “Multiple Listing Options for Sellers,” which is intended to expand flexibility and choice for consumers in how their properties are marketed.

Canopy MLS rules remain in effect until any formal changes are adopted and implemented by the Canopy MLS Board of Directors.

While some firms have taken strong positions on the various MLS rules, Canopy MLS is committed to a process that will determine the best policy  for our marketplace.
