The requirement that virtual tours must be unbranded has been removed to better comply with the North Carolina Real Estate Commission, which requires the name of the firm or sole proprietorship with which the broker is affiliated to be included in the advertisement.

Starting today, only one virtual tour field will be available in Matrix - the “Virtual Tour URL Branded” field.  The “Virtual Tour URL Unbranded” field has been removed from the system.  Listings that only had a tour linked in the “unbranded” field have been updated so that the tour now appears in the “branded” field.  Websites and other services that receive Canopy MLS listing data feeds have been notified of the change and will continue to display virtual tours normally.
