The revised Canopy MLS Rules and Regulations and updated Canopy MLS forms are now available.

Updated Canopy MLS forms are available from the Resources tab in Matrix. The forms will be updated in SkySlope and LoneWolf for ZipForm™ as soon as possible. Members using other forms providers must manually add the forms to their individual or company documents.
 
In addition to complying with the proposed NAR settlement agreement, there have been other changes to the rules and Canopy MLS forms you will like!
•    Canopy MLS no longer requires virtual tours to be unbranded
•    Referencing open houses in the Public Remarks is no longer prohibited
•    The administrative sanctions and hearing process sections of the rules have been improved
•    New fields and options are being added to the system
