Canopy MLS is happy to announce the return of our listing reminder emails.  Starting tomorrow, Matrix will send reminders to you about listings that may need your attention:

• Listings that will be expiring in the next 7 days
• Listings that have been in an “Under Contract” status for more than 90 days

These are only reminders about dates, past or present, and don’t necessarily need you to take any action.  When these were available in the past, agents appreciated the “heads up” they provided, and we have received many requests to bring back these helpful notifications.  We’re glad to be abl
