Canopy MLS has created a new listing view, called the “Appraiser Thumbnail”, designed to present the most appropriate fields that an appraiser might need, when viewing comparable listings.

To create this view, we worked with a group of Appraisers to help identify the fields that are most relevant to you, when a “quick” view of a listing is needed. 

You can find this new option alongside the “Agent Full”, “Client Brief”, and other options in the “Display” menu.
