The Canopy MLS Board of Directors recently approved these suggestions from members, available in Matrix now!

1. When creating a new listing, the ShowingTime number (800-746-9464) will be the default entry in the “Appointment Phone” field.  Agents are not required to use ShowingTime’s service, and can still change this to any other number they would like to use.  Applying this as the default simply makes listing entry easier for the approximately 75% of on-market listings that are using ShowingTime.

2. If no Non-HLA space exists on a level, the field can now be left blank.

3. Residential Multi Unit listings have a new option for “Portfolio” in the “Type” field for listings with a mix of unit types or non-contiguous properties.  Also, “Single Family”, “Condominium”, “Townhouse”, “Lot”, “Manufactured Home”, and “Modular” were added in the “Unit Type” field, allowing a wider variety of dwellings to be described.

4. “Electric Gate” is now an option in the “Parking Features” field.
