05/16/2022 - The “Tax Location” field is becoming “City Taxes Paid To”

Starting Wednesday May 18, the “Tax Location” field will be renamed “City Taxes Paid To”.  Now, when entering listings that pay property taxes to a city, that city’s name can be selected in the list.  If a given property does not pay city taxes, the user will need to select “No City Taxes Paid”.  This change will help relieve confusion about the use of the field, and which value to select.

When searching for listings outside a city’s incorporated limits, entering “No City Taxes Paid” into the search criteria, along with any other geographic criteria (such as a zip code, county name, or map search) will yield properties that fit those particular criteria.
