Reminder - Canopy MLS has a two-step process for registering Firm Exclusive listings:

Step 1:

The Firm Exclusive Agreement form must be completed and signed by the Seller(s), Listing Agent, and the Listing Brokerage's Member Participant (usually the Broker in Charge) and maintained with all other contractual documents related to the listing.  The signed and completed Firm Exclusive Agreement form must be made available for review within 2 days, only if requested by Canopy MLS staff.

Step 2:

The Firm Exclusive Agreement form must be registered with Canopy MLS through the Firm Exclusive Agreement Registration page within 2 business days from the "Effective Date" of the listing agreement.   (In Matrix, under Resources, select Canopy MLS Forms, select Firm Exclusive Registration)
