There is an issue with some Auto-Email searches created or edited after Jan. 30 that causes them to fail to send email updates to your clients. Updated listings are still being posted to the OneHome portal for your clients, meaning they can login to www.OneHome.com directly (if they have created an account), or they can click the “View Properties” button in an email they previously received, and they will see the most current and up-to-date listing information.
Your clients can also opt-in to receiving text message alerts to keep up to date with their searches. Text messages are not affected by this issue.
