Canopy MLS received a report of a new potential scam involving a male going to open houses and making agents feel uncomfortable. In one case he hid upstairs before an agent with clients asked him to leave. He rides a light blue scooter and has an ankle monitoring bracelet. He has shown up at open houses predominately in Matthews, Tega Cay and Fort Mill but has been seen in other areas.
