Starting today, there is a new way to create a CMA in Matrix via the new enhanced Matrix 360 CMA. With the new tools you can:
- Include Comps that were not listed in the MLS using public records,
- Use new updated reports to shine with your client,
- See the new additional pages for the quick CMA,
- Find the workflow that works best for you!
You can find the tool by clicking the “View Comparable Properties” button at the top, right of a listing. And you can still access your existing CMA reports, and start a new CMA the same way you have.
