New Member Management Database Conversion Starts March 8 – Temporary Impacts Expected

Canopy is converting to a new member database that will expedite our processes and ultimately result in a new member portal and better experience for our members.

As with any major technology upgrade and database conversion, some services will be temporarily impacted beginning Monday, March 8 at 2 p.m., including Realtor® Store orders, Canopy Real Estate Institute class registration (except for CE), and Member Services phone and email service.

Matrix will not be affected.
