Later this week when you log into Matrix it will look very different. Tuesday night, June 23, Matrix will be upgraded to the latest version – a version our vendor is calling Matrix X.
There are a variety of changes in this update – the main toolbar has been revamped (with some options moved around slightly), maps can now be viewed in full screen, and there is a whole new “Contacts” page for you to work with.
But, much like an iceberg, you won’t yet see the vast majority of what this update will eventually bring. Instead, the groundwork is being laid for some new tools and features that are coming soon to Matrix, the first of which is only a few weeks away. We’ll have more information about that soon in future “News & Alerts” posts in Matrix.
