05/14/2020 - Broker and Public Open House Options Now Restored in Matrix

The Canopy MLS Board of Directors voted May 14 to restore the "Broker" and "Public" options to the "Open House Type" field in Matrix. This allows in-person open houses to be marketed in the MLS again. The “Virtual” open house selection will remain an option.
If you decide to hold an open house in N.C., you must comply with Phase 1 and CDC guidelines. General guidance for operating in S.C. is available here.
