John discusses what is changing now that the Mecklenburg County Stay At Home Order has expired and Mecklenburg County residents now fall under the State of N.C. Stay At Home Order through May 8.

He also shares best practices for agents, buyers and sellers under the state order, and how while this change provides more options for real estate services in Mecklenburg County, it does not mean it is a return to "business as usual."
