In an effort to help make your listing data more accurate and more specific, Canopy MLS has updated some selections available on your listings.  These were items with “slashes” in them, which made the actual selection somewhat vague.  

For example, in the “Driveway” field we had a “Brick/Cobblestone” option.  We have split this into two separate options – “Brick” and “Cobblestone” – to make the feature clearer to anyone who sees this on a listing.

You can see the full list of changes in the chart below. 

Field name: This is where the changed selection exists

Original selection: This was the name of the selection as it originally appeared in the MLS.

Renamed selection: This is how the same item appears now.  This means that if one of your listings had the "Original selection", it will now display the "Renamed selection" instead.

Alternate selection: This column shows the newly added specific selections.  If you feel that an item in this column better represents your listing you can edit your listing and make the change.
