In the ShowingTime Listing Activity Report, an "Agent Inquiry" occurs for Active listings in either of the below instances:

 

  • The listing is set to "View Instructions" only and an agent clicks to view the showing instructions.
  • A showing agent calls in to the Appointment Center to schedule a showing on a listing where there are no showing instructions, or Appointment Center service has been turned off.

 

It also appears any time an agent tries to schedule an appointment for a listing in Coming Soon-No Show status.

 

This lets the listing agent know that a cooperating agent showed interest and/or tried to schedule a showing, but was unable to schedule an appointment.  The listing agent can then follow up on that interest later, if desired.
