09/30/2019 - More ways to get help, Easier ways to get information

About a year ago, Canopy MLS began using a ticketing system and knowledge base to provide support for Matrix and other services we provide.  This has made tracking issues far easier for us, and made getting answers to you much quicker.

 

We are excited to announce that today we are releasing this tool to you!  Hold your mouse over the “Help” tab in your toolbar, and you’ll now see a drop down menu with three new options:

 

Knowledge Base: Our one-stop-shop for all Matrix related help.  Check rules, find answers to questions, view Matrix videos, and even see an archive of previous Matrix news posts.

Submit Ticket: From here, you can directly send a ticket to Support, you no longer need to log into your email or remember an email address just to get help.

My Ticket History: Already asked us a question, and need to remember the answer?  Or, needed help on something more long-term and want to check the status?  Here you can see a list of all tickets you’ve ever sent to support.

Matrix Help: Prefer the older Help tab?  Just click here, it’s all still available.  Though we think you’ll find the Knowledge Base much easier to use.

 

Rather call us or send an email?  Don’t worry, none of the other ways of getting in touch with us are going away.  Our new support center is just an additional way to get the help you need to be successful in your career!
