The Realist Tax system uses around 90 different data sources to compile the property reports they publish. Unfortunately, this means that from time to time an error in one of these services will appear in the Realist report. If you have noticed an error in the data, please notify Canopy MLS Support and we can work to get the information corrected. Please send us:
The property address
The parcel ID number
Any incorrect information you've seen
What that information should be.
Please submit this information to us in writing, and we will then create a ticket with Realist to have the property records corrected. This process generally takes around a week, and we will notify you once the record has been corrected.
