Three CarolinaMLS forms now available in zipForm!

These forms, which can be found in the new CarolinaMLS library in zipForm, were selected because they require signatures from sellers or other parties related to the real estate transaction:

• 55 and Older Statement of Qualification
• Certification by Seller to Withhold Listing from CarolinaMLS
• Coming Soon–No Show Status Seller Authorization

These forms are also available in Matrix by clicking on the "CarolinaMLS Forms" link on the Resources tab.
