Check out these CarolinaMLS system enhancements!

Your busy CarolinaMLS staff implemented the following requests for system enhancements in the last two weeks. Enjoy!

1. The number of photos per listing increased from 36 to 48 in keeping with industry norms.
2. IDX website vendors now have access to images with extra-large (1024x768) photo resolution.
3. We tweaked the Occupancy Type field to ensure it is required for new listings and is treated confidentially in data feeds.
4. We clarified “Gas Hot Air” to mean “Gas Hot Air/Furnace.”
5. We added “Underground Power Lines” to the Exterior Features field.
6. We added “Tandem Garage” to the Parking field. A tandem garage is a two-car garage (double garage) that is built so that one car parks in front of the other.
