Coming Soon-No Show status listings are now included on IDX and VOW websites!  

On June 21, 2018, CarolinaMLS changed how Coming Soon-No Show (CSNS) status works in the CarolinaMLS system.  CSNS listings can now be included in auto-emails and displayed on Client Portals, and listing agents are allowed to advertise their own CSNS listings on the Internet and social media.  Also, CSNS listings are included in RETS data feeds for display on IDX and VOW websites and mobile apps (but not syndication sites).  If your IDX vendor is not displaying the Coming Soon-No Show status listings on your IDX website, have them contact [email protected].
